I realize I threw you into the deep end right from the start, so in this post, we'll dive into the brand, the business, the goals, the ideas, the dreams, the finances, the successes, and more.

What is Digital New Era Ltd?

Officially: Digital New Era Ltd is a boutique digital agency focused on delivering unique and innovative web solutions—WORLD CLASS!!!

In Reality: It's another "MEGA COOL DIGITAL AGENCY WITH TURBO EXPERTS WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING"—but with a genuine commitment to solving problems by thinking "OUTSIDE THE BOX." Initially, the business model revolved around offering three types of web solutions on a monthly subscription basis. However, this approach didn't pan out for several reasons, which we'll explore later.

The Goals of Digital New Era

We provide 3 to 4 types of web solutions:

  1. Ready-made Web Solutions: These are not just generic themes but updated themes with improved user experience, dynamics, interactions, and interfaces. They are designed to offer startups on a budget a decent return at an affordable price.
  2. Custom Web Solutions: Fully customized solutions offered at a fixed price, with clearly defined benefits.
  3. Bespoke Web Solutions: Tailored solutions based on extensive discussions with the client, where everything is customized according to the specific needs of the project.
  4. Secret Solution: To be revealed later.

Conversations with My Mentor, Todor Madjarov

In our second chat, Todor and I tackled several business aspects:

  1. Administrative Issues: We discussed the accountant, the state of the website, company registration, VAT issues, etc. Prior to the program, I had already made significant progress in these areas, having built the MVP and brand within a month, so we had a solid starting point.
  2. Business Concept Brainstorming: We brainstormed the overall business concept, including sales strategies, promotional tactics, priorities, differentiation from competitors, and why potential clients would choose our services.
  3. Promotion and Sales Strategies: Given my limited experience and resources, I prefer an individual approach over paid ads. Here are the initial ways to reach potential clients (open to suggestions):
    • Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook (groups, niche pages), Instagram, and possibly Twitter.
    • Local Businesses
    • Direct Website Redesign Suggestions
    • Influencers: Not entirely convinced, but exploring this avenue.
  4. Automation: Being a solo operator, automation is crucial. Although I rely heavily on tools like ChatGPT, I’m open to other automation methods to simplify my life.
  5. "Flying Start" Campaign: We discussed running a campaign such as "BUILD A FREE WEBSITE BY FEBRUARY 17." The idea is to use each new project to expand the base of "Ready-made Web Solutions" for future resale. However, offering free services is currently on hold due to previous experiences with people taking advantage of my kindness.
  6. Affiliate Marketing: This strategy is paused for now, but it's a promising avenue to explore in the future.
