FAQ
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. When you cancel, you pay a one-time fixed fee for the website equal to your annual plan plus 50%. For example, if your annual plan is $1,000, the one-time fee is $1,500, after which no monthly or yearly subscription is required.
What technology do you use?
We use several technologies and choose them based on each client's needs. For CMS websites we use WordPress with Oxygen Builder or Breakdance Builder, sometimes Framer, and we build fully custom solutions where needed.
Can I add pages and change content?
Yes. The number of pages in your plan is the number we create for you, not a limit for your website. After a 1-hour training session at the end of the project, you can create as many new pages as you need.
What does the subscription include?
The subscription includes web design and development, hosting and technical support, as described in your selected plan.
What does technical support include?
Technical support covers monitoring that the website works properly, fixing errors caused by added or updated plugins and keeping plugins up to date for security and speed. It does not include changes to design, content or functionality.
What is the difference between the plans?
The plans differ in the number of pages and the functionality you need, such as an online store, a blog, listings or a booking calendar.
